My HSC 2002 was average difficulty...

The diffculty seems to be going down from the peak in 2000-2001

I reckon you people will get an easy HSC

the NEW hsc was introduced in this year
they said they marked it sort easily because it was new..

therefore u had it easy mate..
for us in doing the hsc this year..we'll be marked hard!!

Just because last year's exam was "easy", doesn't mean that this will be "hard".

The Board wants to make the new HSC more unpredictable so if everyone is predicting a hard exam, then they'll come up with an easy exam. That's unpredictable.

But if they predict that we predict that they'll keep the same difficulty, then they'll make it hard.

But if they predict the above, then they'll make it easy.

In other words, no one (besides those that wrote it) knows what this exam is like.

If the medallist comes from this forum again like last year (did turtle occupy the forums before he got the medal?), then this forum would have something to boast :)

my teacher said you need around 90/120 to be sure you're in the top band. Anything lower and you're very borderline.
