Well I wouldn't call it scientific either (I wouldn't call almost anything to do with psychology scientific)
SCIENTOLOGIST DETECTED!

Srsly though, without elaborating on this I might agree or disagree with you... I definitely find behavioral neuroscience to be scientific in the very least.

only if we can watch the torture of the internet
ig u wish to watch torture on the net, look up topsy the eliphant. the footage is a bit grainy but she does take a fair amount of time to die. that said, y would u wan't to watch torture, u a degrading another human being, i think some people are missing the point here.....torture is wrong!!!!
why do some people feel the need to hurt others for fun, it seems unfair on those being tortured, also has anyone noticed that it is against international law to torture someone, has anyone thought of a reason for this, i have.
my other question, who here actually wants to be tortured?, u can go first, live on channel nine!

Hmmm... What is our aim here?
Do we simply want the satisfaction of revenge to flow through our veins?
Is that valuable enough, does that justify the use of torture?

Think about how we as westerners use the word 'terrorist'.

Anyone remember that WWI poster, with the caption THIS IS THE ENEMY on it? That's what I mean.

to be honest i agree with what most would say... and anyone wo thinks torture is the right thing to do send them my way and i will show him if he likes it

Al jabr was the name of the book that gives aljebra its name, he is not a person, the full title is "Al-Jabr Wa'l Migabaloh" and its by Mohammed Un-Musa Al-Khowarezmi.
as an aside: parlabane, the germans called the extermination of the jews a final solution.
also gloves, stop talking like a troll
and how could we be stuck in a counter strike map

I think that it's also worthy to note that Our Saviour died in what was an extremely cruel form of torture, but redemption followed soon after. Indeed, the kind criminal received his conversion right there, through the pain and injustice, he chose love at the crucial moment, of his own free will, despite the desire to, say, curse or mock the redeemer's authenticity.
This follows on to much of the learnered yet tragically lost wisdom of the medieval age, where such punishment was considered, in a very real sense, a form of purification from sin.

we're doing u a favour, islams
So did 6000 Roman slaves during the rebellion led by Spartacus...

Squires, I appreciate you as a member. The clear and mechanical engineer's mind is something that should be applauded. I enjoy the clarity and confidence, yet also the decency, that underlines your posts .
Cheers buddy!
