Nup, Honours sem 2 '09. Then I should have done all the Masters units and be off to doctor's here or overseas.kami said:How does that work? Aren't you only going into the honours in 2008? Or do you mean the pre-honours subjects?
im with u VOLITION, well except for the fact that my degree is 5 years (Law and Finance). i think 5 years will be enough for mevolition said:Haha no way! I'm doin my 3 years at uni and then I'm outta here!
Is it all right that I hate you just a little bit now? And I mean hate in the most kindest sense of the word. Sif be Doctor Rob that quickly. *cuts self in envy*PwarYuex said:Nup, Honours sem 2 '09. Then I should have done all the Masters units and be off to doctor's here or overseas.
err dude, no. Coz i'm on track for 1st-class Honours and plan to do my LLM in UK?Anti-Mathmite said:My tutor has BA(macq.)/LLM(UNSW). Does this make her better than you?
haha... i suppose so.Anti-Mathmite said:But *currently* she's better than you.
Do the CASM at Cambridge.§eraphim said:To do:
- CFA Level I,II & III
- Either Master of Quantitative Finance and/or MSc/PhD in Financial Maths
i have completed 72 cp of 156 law cp. of the compulsory subjects, i only have litigation 1&2, L(S)T and ALR remaining. so yes, not 'premature', considering i'm graduating S1 2008.velox said:edit: I think it's a little premature to think about your honours grade when you've only completed 2/5 years of study.
off-topic...but what wam do you need for 1st-class honours?Frigid said:err dude, no. Coz i'm on track for 1st-class Honours and plan to do my LLM in UK?
besides i'm completing B.Com/LLB/Dip. Lang in 5 yrs
Remember Poobear? BA(Law) (Oxon.)?Frigid said:i have completed 72 cp of 156 law cp. of the compulsory subjects, i only have litigation 1&2, L(S)T and ALR remaining. so yes, not 'premature', considering i'm graduating S1 2008.
haven't really thought about it. but haha, fantasy would probly be BCL (Oxon).
A few of my mates in the same year all did BA(Hons) in 3.5 years, and then went straight to PhDs, so I'm not being doctor Rob quickly when compared with them. All these history students make a dash for a doctorate, graduate, and can't find jobs because they haven't layed solid foundations in basic things. Really if it came down to it, I'd prefer to stay in undergrad a year longer and make sure I could survive overseas.kami said:Is it all right that I hate you just a little bit now? Though seriously, that sounds great Rob, hope it all goes well for you.

the Faculty is still working on it, but looking at other uni's, probably 75 in law.sarevok said:off-topic...but what wam do you need for 1st-class honours?
yeah why the hell does pooboy not come here and post anymore... just coz he thinks he's too good for us now that he's gone to oxford... i bet he's still studying torts, the little cocky upstart.PwarYuex said:Remember Poobear? BA(Law) (Oxon.)?
too bad an oxon degree can't teach him humility.velox said:Well poohbear is better than all of us, since he now has an oxford degree.
