Niether! I sleep late at night and early in the morning lol.

But I prefer the morning. I find it easier to concentrate when I am fresh...

When you guys say "early" how early do you mean? My friend tells me he gets up @ 4am to study but I find it hard to believe...

it really depends on the person.
Im a night person so i tend to study relatively well at night.
I could never study during the mornings but thats just me.

I've been getting up at 5 lately to do 2 hours of study. Yes it is cold, but oh well. I turn the heater on and hope my room warms up quickly.

i hate both methods but i continuously do it over and over again. especially this time around.. cramming for the trials hard lol.

i stay up til about 2am.. sleep until about 4-5am, wake up and cram again. with the amount of sleep im getting i feel tired day and night. but it really is better than no study.

looks like tonight the process will be repeated as i have not started memorising my essays for paper 2! is it even possible to memorise 3 essays in 1 day :|

how'd you go for eco?
lol so unbelievably shit! the multiple choice section was a guessing game.. i managed to bs my way through the short answers while my essays were plain crap. i did one question on the distribution of income in relation to government policies.. which was alright i guess. but the other one on the monetary policy.. i had nfi. it was made up of random facts/things i made up from the top of my head haha.

yeah. fail.

MUCH prefer getting up early and studying. If I'm staying up I keep thinking to myself "I should be asleep right now!" But once I'm up in the morning... I'm up. :) And I like mornings. You just have to get used to them, and I feel much fresher and more alert and productive etc. :)
I haven't done that for a loonnggg time though! I should get back into the habit of it though.

EDIT -
Oh and I prefer to actually get a good nights sleep, so that when I do study, it's more productive. I really don't want to wear myself out by only sleeping 4 hours a night....

I highly recommend you avoid late-night or early-morning studying (unless your exam is weeks away then it's ok).

If it is serious and you're outta time, I sugggest you do both. I suppose that if you do some the night before with time tomorrow to review what you crammed the night before. That'll boost retention of facts.

I prefer late night. Well, not even "late" night, I generally am more motivated to study during nighttime. I just am not a morn person -.-; Going to bed late is easier for me than waking up early XP
