hey guys,

im in a dilemma. im in yr 11 n 4 my small business research task i have 2 wirte bout the four functions of the business...marketing, employment relations, accounting and finance and operations.

but d problem is d business i am researching is a sole trader so i hav nothing 2 write for emplyment relations bcoz there aren't ne employees. wat then should i write for the employment relations function of my business... wat aspects am i suppose 2 focus on e.g wat bout the relationship d business has with dealing with other business or wen working with other business... should i focus on dat instead of emplyement relations function of the business?
