I don't think they could give us extracts for both mods honestly, I think the most they've done was in 2022 where mod B was just a text specific question, and mod A had an extract. It might be the same this year too with one text specific Q and one extract imo

I think a Mod A extract would be much worse then a mod b extract imo. All the mod b extract does is specify a text perhaps whereas a mod A extract literally makes u have to only talk about the themes in it. So it would be harsh. although if there two extracts for mod a and b there has to be an easy mod c question

IM SAYING LIKE mod b extract is predictable and honestly as long as you have a paragraph for every poem you're fine. mod a extract? if you haven't spoken about that specific scene in your essay you have to change the WHOLE argument it's so frustrating. if we get mod a extract i swear to god

My english teacher said there‘s a probable chance they’ll specify persuasive or do like persuasive/discursive. So it’s best to be prepared. Also persuasive’s can be quite easily written on the spot if you know what you’re talking about. Just pick a topic you like and practice writing it on the spot just in case.

Also persuasive’s can be quite easily written on the spot if you know what you’re talking about. Just pick a topic you like and practice writing it on the spot just in case.
