Well that was better than expected
Should acknowledge that this paper was really specific so some ppl probably struggled a lot
Not to say I’m 100% certain with what I did but at least it’s over

mod a - didn't come close to finishing , had to dot point atwoods section for my second paragrpah didnt evne make it to a conclsuon. the dot points were literally only quotes and a few words of analysis in relation to shakespeare. whats the hgihest i could posisbly get for that

Not a fan of english, neither am I good at English, yet I think what you did was good since planning out the points that you were intending to write about gives the marker an intuition that you knew what you were going to write, just couldn't get it out in time. Also you have put yourself ahead by actually providing them something to read rather than having that section completely missing. I assume you would have got the paragraph for the tempest done. Its a different story regarding how you feel like you went for that paragraph too, but staying positive I would expect that it went well and you did still refer to atwood somewhat in that paragraph. Adding to the concern about the conclusion, that not too much to worry about at the point of time since its weighting in comparison to the body paragraphs and intro is less. Also module A is not the only thing in the paper, if you reckon your module B and C went decently well compared to Mod A, theres not much to worry about especially since they are all equally weighted. I won't really offer a mark that I would think you could get because that is ideally subjective, but at the end of the day, just be happy that you'll never have to do English again (unless you do extension 1/2). Either way the paper is done, you wont be able to bring any change to it, just focus on your next exam. I know its really easy to just say don't worry about it, but I think if you worry too much about Paper 2, then that could possibly impact you in your upcoming papers.

nah dude 1.5 pages for a reflection is fine!! if your analysis of your writing is strong the length won't hold you back much i think (based on my experience)

Yeah i aint getting 50 raw i am so bad at english its insane

a 50 is 70 hsc mark, which scales very badly

HEYY HOW DID DALLOWAY GO??? i think conformity was actually pretty nice, i just talked abt the two sides -> how conformity to societal expectations can result in loss of agency, and how nonconformity to society through embracity mortality can lead to the ultimate sense of self-fulfillment

yeah I don't think memorised responses would have worked well for any of the 3 mods this time

I'm not sure. i feel like mod a could be interpreted quite generally. mod b was just adapting and knowing Eliot beyond memorisation I guess. Mod C was fine for me, like i think what makes them decent is the level u can extend certain ideas and motifs. for example u could talk about the clock as a motif for life or talk about the chiaroscuro lighting as symbolic for 'life' and 'death'. i think mod a as well u can talk about thematically and broadly (ie artistry within the play but also artistry through re-contextualising it to a contemporary audience, like i don't think memorising was impossible)

same i also felt like my essays were kinda vague at times even though i eventually got my point across (at the conclusion ), also no idea what a good mod c looks like cause i didnt prepare soo fingers crossed i get over the benchmark
