Hey all!

Yeah, I'm so up for it!
Stress-induced English is what I'm truly best at ;)

Well, my only issue is that I'm doing both extension 1s at the moment (eng, maths), so next year, will 13 units be simply too much?

Then again, ee2 is only the body of work (I say *only* but you know what I mean)

And I'm that person, in class putting final touches to an assessment the session before it's due, high on caffeine from having not slept the night to both start and complete it.

So what's one to do? ~ Anyone in a similar situation.. share thoughts please :)

My sister did that. MX1 & EX2
Other subjects: legal, economics, engineering

Needless to say, she also had 13 units. She procrastinated like crazy, but I suppose she did do pretty well. A 43/50 for EX2

If you want to do, just do it. You can always drop it later.

so ee2 is just the major work and the reflection thing, no other assesments or exams?

Definitely doing it. We don't do much creative writing this year, and its really my forte in english.. can't wait till I can just have the freedom to dictate and do what I basically am sticking with english for :)

Adamantly going for it. I will try my hand at some poetry for it (epic/long poem).

If you're going into this subject thinking it's not going to be stressful, you'll be a tad shocked. It's just as demanding as your other subjects and it takes a bit of diligence.

haha sorry if I'm sounding patronising =S

Well you've got internal assessments.
The proposal, the viva voce and the report.

Then by term three you hand in your reflection statement and major work.

To alex.lion - if you want to do poetry I say go for it. Going for something different can work to your advantage if you've got flare.

I'm doing it next year =)
