Though usually acceptance and enrolment take place at the same time.

I never even handed in my acceptance slip, heh.

To clarify, accepting your offer usually takes place within the few days after recieving your offer (u do this online), and enrolling takes place during a set period later on - however - this year, UNSW students can enrol online too (meaning u dont have to enrol in person)

O-week is wat it implies - basically u go around and have fun - sign up to any clubs and societies, take campus tours (I really recommend it, its fun and u meet ppl) participate in any activities they have on, comedy nights (Greg Fleet came last year), massive dance party (on the thurs nite), grab watever freebies u can..also u can goto subject lectures to see wat's coming up in the year

The first-year camps are faculty-specific, and not all of them have one.

We had cabins/lodges etc for our law camp last year... and sponsorship from Kahlua. :D

Similar to a school camp, but with alcohol, and so much more fun.

I think it's only med, commerce and law who have camps ...

so are camps just for the first years, or are they on for all students in these faculties?

Not only will you be able to accept online, but you'll be able to enrol
online also.

Online enrolment will open on 2 Feb and continue thru till 20 Feb. To help
you out, the Faculty of Commerce will be holding advising sessions (what
classes are best for you etc etc on 3 Feb and again 17/18 Feb). Obviously,
the later you leave your enrolment the more likely you'll find all the good
classes full... perhaps in your situation the best thing to do would be to
log in from o/s enrol early and when you get back simply change whatever
you need to. We can help you out with this.

The website url is https://my.unsw.edu.au/

Enrolment closes on 20 Feb. After this it will be possible (in exceptional
circumstances - and for better or worse vacations don't count as
exceptional) but very very expensive, it's just not worth it! Still if
you're returning on 10 Feb you won't have to worry.

Last but not least, UNSW can not accept proxy enrolment - that is noone
else can enrol you on your behalf.
