It took me a week to get mine after submitting the form, but that was through high school and didnt require official documents to prove who i was. It could take you longer i guess, and you'll have to provide birth certificates (im not sure how you would supply them, i imagine you'll have to mail a certified photocopy) and maybe some other document to prove it all. Your best bet is to call the tax dept tomorrow and sort it out, find out how long it will take etc, and then call uow and tell them. It might be that you jsut submit your tax file number later or something, but i really don't know.

I didn't have my Tax File Number at Enrolment. It doesn't matter at all. You do need to provide it to them by a certain date though.

At Enrolment Day they help you decide which subjects to do in Autumn and Spring and you get to enrol in them. Having said that, you can change them after enrolment day; the subjects you lock in on that day are not set in stone. For many degrees you will just be doing core subjects for the first year, however some have a different structure. If you still haven't decided on the day, put anything and change it when you get home (that's what I did!)

9am for me, i'm going to look like the biggest stoner on my id card cause i will be so tired!
I don't know how long it actually takes to get down there, so i'm hoping to be there exactly on 9!!

haha i got there early............like 50 minutes early they didnt care what time u enrolled...only took bout 30 mminutes...not bad
