Essay writing- Poetry (1 Viewer)

Right, I'm in Year 11 and for my yearlies, I was just wondering if anyone had tips on essay structure- I know about statement, evidence, explanation and link, but since we have to refer to at least 2 poems in the essay, I was wondering how one would go about sequencing that.

Is it just just the two poems, or do you have other texts to use as well?

Poem 1
Poem 2
Poem 1
Poem 2
Poem 1
Poem 2
Conclusion

Each set of two poems should be tied together by similar themes. So that gives you three themes to look at.
