I wonder how hard they mark actually.

I've been told it is scaled up a lot, so I'm just wondering how hard it would be to get good raw..

In 2001, a raw 34/50 was aligned to 45/50. So either the exam and/or marking was hard or that year's cohort was extremely stupid.

Total of 40.

Perhaps these estimates are prejudiced by my respective assumptions of the quality of my two responses. I let myself down on the essay, but my creative writing was better than usual.

the 2001 paper had a real random question for the creative however. you cant compare. id be curious what the same scaled mark would get in the last 2 years

hoping for 22/23+ in each, really not sure though, depends on the marking

So maybe 43-44/50 raw mark? I don't know. I didn't write all I wanted in the essay, but I covered the criteria.

I feel like I definately did better on the story...

But it just depends how much emphasis they place on certain elements- the objects in the picture sort of occurred throughout at important places, but might not have been prominant enough :S

I'm hoping for a good mark... 18/25 essay probably, although I hope it is more... I put in a lot of information, I just hope I interpreted the different 'angles' and that make up the 'complications' of 'independence' correctly :S

Story... 22+ ?? I hope so

So, anything over 44 raw, which is what I've maintained the whole course anyway and would be pissed not to in this exam considering the work I put it.
