Hi what is the required level of fitness everyday to perform in order to keep health rather than just sitting down at home doing nothing?
You forgot to mention uphill, bro.Go to UNSW and do engineering and pick your timetable so that your classes are across campus from each other.
I guarantee that you will walk everyday about 5km without a doubt that way.
Ew30 mins of moderate-intense exercise a day
as long as you get sweaty it should be all good
