Meh... I'm too tired right now to actually write anything...

I've uploaded mine from last year, but I'm not really sure how much help it will be.

Foundations of Law - Casenote & Commentary.pdf

"James, this is a very good paper. Your analysis of the key legal issues is excellent and shows a good understanding of the case. Your commentary is very good; also well-argued and thoughtful. You write well."

Mark: 52/60

I'll try to come up with something more helpful soon.

The distribution of grades for individual assessments would have been quite similar to the overall distribution (which has been posted here).

I very much doubt anyone received over 54/60.

It is quite a long judgment... but the proposition of a tort of breach of privacy has spawned a lot of literature - you shouldn't find it overly difficult to critique.

researching

Hi,
Just wanna know, is it possible to write up a good case-note without doing any research?
It's due in three days and I haven't researched anything!
ARGHH!

It's not a research assignment... you don't really need to have researched anything... :)

I read your casenote and I don't get it...the commentary bit, that is. Is it meant to be about the broader legal issues or something?
