The most important thing to even receive a uni offer is fill and pay for UAC.
However, there is no section on UAC applications specific to FEAS. FEAS applications are done through the FEAS login application and after that there are some processes which follow. In the end FEAS is just a backup method. You might get an offer through FEAS if you only just missed the cut-off and the school of which you want to enrol into has a few free spots and the school sees you as a potentially good student.
