Imagine if your date looked absolutely identical to every single other person.

Can someone please tell me what is with the hating of navy suits? Navy as in colour. It's faint pinstriped and the suit is so dark you'd almost mistake it for black..

If you're wearing a suit to a formal only wear black. Any other colour looks stupid.

Personally, when it comes to suits I go for black and silver/grey. I stray away from blue suits as most of my good shirts are blue.

A US Army Dress Uniform circa mid 1944. I'm still waiting on a number of items from the states such as a new EM's Overseas Cap, Jump Wings, Combat Infantrymans Badge, Infantry branch badges, and a few other pieces of bling.

the trousers, jacket and shirt have been dry cleaned since the photo was taken, so they now have some very fine creases.
Do you live in Kempsey and ever go to MUNA?

You're missing the point. You don't have to wear street clothes to stand out.

And i'm not suggesting that you do, merely that following specific rules about what are and are not elements in a "good" suit referring to things as the colour blend of the tie and shirt will never lead to an appearance that is in any way different to the masses that will be attending in trashy hired tux's.

It's not without a certain Willy Wonka appeal, but my white canes staying at home and I'm not wearing the purple velvet trenchcoat... so I've already sort of wrecked that opportunity.

Oh, to be an amazing chocolateer!

did you draw in that shirt atticus? you so did hahahhhahahaha

anyway, i think a well fitting black suit is the way to go, colour shirt doesnt matter as long as its not 2-tone. *shudder* same goes with ties. i am going to dress my date entirely. top to toe. and he will be dressed to impress.

freaktrigger, perhaps you just look like someone ive met, and dress like him. its pretty freaky in any case.

well, its hard to see it with the dark lighting, and the pic covering ur face. why cover ur face? you post 100 pics a day of yourself surfing. we all know what you look like......
but yes, if it is a black suit with a black top, then i approve.
