I have no idea what to create

It HAS to be symbolic NOT literal

your post is very confusing. what specifically are you creating the poster on? is the poster going to be focused on belonging, or culture or what? (in terms of being symbolic)

Here's the full task
Sorry for the confusion

Design a poster for a 2017 exhibition called ‘Journey’s: Australia’s Connection with the

World’ in which Peter Skrzynecki’s Immigrant Chronicle is showcased.

The poster is a visual representation of your interpretation of journeys within his poetry.

To do this, you will need to use images and words to represent the relationship between:

Skrzynecki’s personal experience and context, ideas about journey, and poetic devices used.

Your poster must:

- be no larger than one A3 page or 2 X A4 pages and be TWO DIMENSIONAL (2D)

- not use any images from any existing versions of Peter Skrzynecki’s Immigrant

Chronicle

- be thoughtfully constructed

- be more symbolic than literal

- clearly convey concepts of journeys

Maybe a suit case with items coming out of that relates to travel?
