Yo the paper was actually one of the harder ones in the past 10 years. Nothing close to ext1 difficulty though.

That was difficult! I never have enough time! I was doing q 8 wen I looked up and there was like 20 mins on the clock.... so I managed too do a few from q 9 and 10. the last q in 9 or was it 8 was alright.... but I was doing it and then time was up... what a shame.
wth was that triangle u draw 4 equilateral triangles inside of it? and that stupid parabola and its tangent! =/

I didnt think it was too hard... fairly standard paper tbh. And the 4 isosceles triangles was one where you needed to use the previous result

I honestly thought it was a bit easier this year, the if look look at question 10 for other years they've been a bit harder IMHO.

What do you guys think a band 6 raw would be?

The isosceles triangle question didn't belong in the paper..

i didnt even get to finish Q10... ran out of fucking time, left 6 marks worth of questions blank

that fucking time repayments question.... when we had to find n, i found n = 178 (or somethin like that), and then i was like "ohhh, 178 years wtf!!! that cant be right!" so i crossed it out and wrote 17.8 years WTF!!!

then i got out of my exam and realised that it was MONTHS, and that i was right (according 2 the maths coordinator).... sooo pissed

Q9 was sooo rushed so i probably lost heaps of marks there

SOOOOOO PISSED OFF!!!

i reckon the most i can get is about 100/120

maths was my last hope to get an ATAR above 90!!!!!

if you didn't fully scribble out your answer and they can still read it you may get the mark

That test was bloody insane! I studied all i could but i still found it hard. I had done all of the tests from 1967 onwards and this was by far the hardest yet!

Since 67? WTF? Thats 126 hours worth of exams... more than half the mathematics course lol
