Well, I didn't even get an interview for Materials Engineering Co-op, so I am sure there are plenty of applicants. Still, I got Mining Co-op, and I'm happy I didn't do materials as I realised I hated chemistry and desk-work.

Well done dude.

thanks. induction and all that business is next week for me, and i've got a few friends on the materials engineering co-op, so it should be good. 5 years up from 4 should be fun.

MATH1241 Algebra: lecturer seems pretty cool. Subject does too.

PHIL1010 and PHIL1007: looks like they're gonna substantiate stuff that me and my friends used to mull over lots in high school. Tell you what though, completely different bunch of students compared with the maths and sciences...

MATH1000: I think I'm really gonna enjoy this subject. Nice to meet other Adv Sci people and it encourages lots of discussion and there is a teamwork based assignment, which I think will be awesome.

MATH2400: Repetition of Discrete so far but the latter part of the course looks really nice. Got Peter Brown lecturing too, which rocks my proverbial socks.

I was kind of disappointed to find out that UNSW is no longer using this logo,

cannot be found anywhere in the undergraduate guides.

Instead they have spent ridiculous amounts of money on making this new one

apparently each circle represents a faculty or something.... as if anyone can figure that out.

In other news one of my works of art will be featured in a postgrad brochure :D
