yeah i know that mate , but i figured u'd be a smart bloke hence was kinda surprised u didn't get through, but if they were sub par i guess u were fortunate to not get through and may get a better opp in a mid tier.

I hope so. I guess the mid-tiers are not as demanding as the Big4 either.

In the process of forming groups for FBF. All the posts on utsonline have been like this:

"The name is Ken and I go the the thurs 11a.m. tut and the wed lec at 1p.m. I would like to join a group as soon as possible (or start one). Intention is to get a distinction (at least) in this course.

FBF case study is so easy anyways. If you know how to do capital budgeting, you should take 2-3hrs to finish it.

And.. I hate people using the UTSonline email function. It should be disabled.
The emails are generally, "i have no group members", "i want to sell you a textbook". Goes into trash immediately.

I definitely agree Huratio.

I always receive these pathetic emails about people wanting to sell me textbooks and whatever. I suppose they are taking advantage of the system but its a poor function that needs disabling.

Oh well.... got an assignmnet due on Monday and 2 on Thursday..... better get back to it!

How about the "I want to swap tutorials/practicals/complabs etc... because I have work.. because I can't come in on that day... because of this and that bs" x 10000. They suck hard..

I have 1 mid-sem in the bus mid-sem week and a management accounting (MDC) essay to write which is due after VC week.

What has been taking all of my time is the vacation employment applications and my IT project subject (although, I just finished the 50% midsem presentation and documentation stuff on thursday).

Anyone who did economics last semester, how difficult was the mid semester exam? After looking through the sample exams I am worried as it seems that just knowing your lectures notes is not enough. ..

It was sweetttt last semester~! Use the lecture handout summary things. Its usually that. Oh and didnt Bajada say what he is going to put in it? Last semester he put topics 1 - 5 or something.. in 1 - 5 order
