Re: Getting to know you-(for UTSers only) :p

I think anything that is not directly related to the quiz should be deleted, otherwise, noone will find the quizzes of people which makes this thread somewhat pointless cuz noone can learn anything about the UTSers.

Re: The UTS 'Secks and Welcome the New Students' Thread

/starts spam here.
Now I'm hoping you guys will start your talk about randomness here instead of the "get to know you" thread. Here is a start.. some more replies to posts:

Oh the 'apple bimbo' definition is much more broader than I said it was.. I was just placing it into context.
e.g. Recently the Apple i-Phone has been coined the 'Apple Bimbo Phone'.

i was originally gonna get that model, but i got my one for a discounted price, and its specs swayed me towards w5f
hmm.. that is one secksy laptop.
except one thing.. i'm not a fan of auxilliary displays (i see the benefits there, but exterior stuff in my possession normally gets badly scratched).

Re: The UTS 'Secks and Welcome the New Students' Thread

Seeing that I just made another moderately-controversial post just then.. it could be up to 5 pages today (my guess, no guarantees).

anyone get vista last night? (much more secksier then OSX)

btw 90-97% of computers at UTS are either running windows or linux.
only macs i've seen are in the DAB building and the library.

IT camp is great, there is nothing to be worried about.
You get to meet people doing your course or other IT courses at UTS; you get to meet lecturers, subject coordinators, and head of departments - all this in an outdoor environment which easily facilitates this.
Theres heaps of activities and free time to chill out- so it is never boring.

wonder if Jasee's IT Camp 06 photos are still up. checking thread...

dont worry too much about it. think of it this way: noone really knows anyone, therefore it's easy to make friends.

Hazard Perception Test Handbook - http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/downloads/hptbook.pdf

I went to the RTA website on licence times and spaces for bookings- you pretty much can do it anytime you like. Not like booking for the red-P test.
