boys boys boys... just listen to what does it for you - if you try and uncover the motivations of artists, and justify them accordingly you'll always end up wrong. EVERYBODY is in it for the money, britney speares is just as bad as metallica is just as bad as tool as j lo as nirvana. I happen to think pop songs are crap and repetitive, but that doesn't mean i feel that my music tastes are any superior to the people who do like them. i just like my music.

Asylum made a good point though, i fucking hate people who think they're the shit cause they listen to alternative music. Music is beautiful regardless of how shit it is.

Haha The mars volta are good. I always have this arguement with my friends, except they all like Britney Spears.

Some middle of the road music isn't crap
Foo fighters- Everlong is a fucking great song, but a pop song nonetheless
RHCP- i consider pop rock now.
Audioslave are boarding.

A lot of the stuff on MMM is just same thing under a different name, your Creeds/PODs/Nickelbacks they're all the same

EDIT: Hooray for edit

Muse- New Born, Space Dementia
Dashboard Confessional- Bend and Not Break

Who knows that new Eskimo Joe song that goes something like... "she knows, she knows, oh, she knows" and thats all I got..
