Great answers. The only answer I have slightly different is Q27 e) - I get 11 mins 45 seconds. My working is as follows:

42 MB multiply by 1024 multiply by 1024 to bring us to B. Multiply by 8 to get us to bits. Divide by 1000 to get us to kilobits. Then take that number and divide by the speed of 500 kbps to give you 704.64 minutes. Divide by 60 to get 11 minutes 45 seconds.

I think what you did was divide by 1024 when converting between bit and kilobit. But there are 1000 bits to 1 kilobit. There are 1024 bytes to 1 kilobyte.

Thanks. Well spotted.
