hey guys..
just wondering if anyone has any ideas about the points that should be addressed when answering this question:
"Evaluate the view that an inability to separate nationalism from communism dominated US policy towards Indochina in the period 1954-1968"
I have some rough ideas already but just need some comfirmation or further input
-US pride/prestige
- Preserve US interest (trade etc)
- Domino Theory- communist fear
- lack of understanding of the vietnamese ideology
Any help would be fantastic, my teacher wants me to write her a plan for tomorrow and i just dont quite get the question.. Thankyou!!
