I was pretty impressed with the Hottest 100 this year...all the songs, aside from one or two rap songs, were to my taste...meaning I loved listening to it. I missed the last ten though cos I had to go to footy training...which was a total drag since I'd been listening with mates all day. Good to see Eskimo Joe in number 3...their album was one of my favourites last year. I wasn't too happy about Black Betty getting so high though...I mean, it's a cover song that did nothing original with the original version. The Scissor Sisters Take Me Out cover is funny as though...I love it and was glad to see it in there.

I know it's early days so far, but what are your predictions for 06? IMO, Lazyboy's 'Underwear Goes On The Inside Of The Pants' will be up there...as will new stuff by The Pixies and Oasis....possibly even a new Silverchair track? Will WaveAid bring em back together in the studio? Ooga Booga...the music scene is looking damn creepy this year.

yeah but a lot of their songs were in the voting list for the 04 hottest 100. so they wont be in ther 05 h100 aswell.
