i always put 2 sugars in my tea, and then the other day i was talking to someone and they said that i am silly as they only need 1 sugar.

LOL judging by these comments, I may be diabetic.
the herbal teas like Green, Jasmine and Chamomile-0 sugar, no milk. (Ill add lemon to my green tea to increase antioxidant absorption)

The 'white' teas ill add milk and 3 sugars, unless it's Russian, then i'll just add lemon ( I get smacked upside the head if I do otherwise. I have a tea drinking Brit for a godfather)
