I wash with water almost every day, but shampoo and conditioner only once or twice a week. I probably wouldn't use shampoo at all if I didn't have dandruff.

Like most palestinians I use a lather of camel urine on my hair everyother day, norma shampoo leads to split ends and the such.

your hair gets hooked on shampoo, which is why heaps of people can't go a day without it before their hair is greasy and shit. it has detergant-like ingredients that strip natural oils. and you hair doesn't get dirty in a normal day or two, unless you're a mechanic. i had to wean myself off it.

I am increasingly acclimatized to washing my hair twice a day. I have heard that washing hair everyday can potentially contribute to acerbic degradation of hair..

Mine did. They also taught me to question everything. So i did, and found that washing my hair everyday was excessive and damaging for it. My hair is disgusting and dry when just washed.
Btw, i do rinse thoroughly everyday. Just don't use shampoo and conditioner.

i wash my hair every two or three days.
but then it gets oily if i leave it any longer.
i have pretty shoulder length hair.
