first things first, stop acting like a jerk around her. she aint gonna wanna be with u if she feels that u dont like being with her, even just as friends. then i suggest to start at the beginning. talk to her. bout the stuff she likes and everything that u know that u have in common with her. dont be too pushy though, take it slow yet make sure she thinks that there's a point to ur actions.
once u've re-established ur friendship ask her out to some place, even if its just a walk round the shops or a trip to the movies or something. try that and see how things go. just remember dont try too hard, u have got to remind her of what she's missing. not wat she's glad she got rid of!!
