He was really offended, just the situation made it seem really bad, i didn't pull it off. Plus he had just said my name and i knew that he had remembered it from introductions two days ago. That was Tuesday afternoon, it's now friday night. He's not going to call
Well, I think forgetting someone's name is pretty rude. My flatmate forgot my name after me living there for a month now, and having had lots of convos. I know its a pretty stupid thing, but I was a bit offended (nothing serious tho). Either way, wasnt impressed with him, especially since I don't have the most forgettable name.

I think people on here need to get out and socialise a bit more. If someone comes up to me and says "Hi, my name is xxx, blahblah", I'd tell them my name and see what they had to say. Unless you're busy, why wouldn't you.
I have to agree with you here, from what I've seen (mostly lurking) a lot of people are like "omg every1 is out to get me!".

People just need to loosen up a little, I'm the kind of guy who talks to people if I find them interesting or attractive, and maybe the reason he took so long to talk to you was the fact that he was building up the courage to. The fact remains that my girlfriend tells me one of the reasons she's attracted to me is due to my confidence- but what's the point in having confidence if it gets you nowhere?

That, I propose to you as a serious question BoS.
