^^Yeah I'd hate it, My school is for boarders as well as day students and from my what I've been told by my boarder friends it can be pretty harsh at times. I have a lot more freedom at home, and the amount of times I've had help in english from the parentals is crazy, couldn't exactly ask a teacher to edit my essay in journalist format could I?

Plus you'd live at school *shudders*

Today was okayish, I just come to the realisation that I hate sharing marks and having people talk about rankings, God what a bitch. I'll either get a good mark and make other people feel bad, or I'll get a bad mark and not want to examine the reasons why I got it, or if someone likes me getting a good/bad mark

I'm never going to be happy am I? School is the biggest bitch

Quite regulated....

lets see...

7am - Wake up

8am - Breakfast

8:35 am - go up to school

9am-3:20pm school

3:30 - 5pm
Mondays - some music stuff, diving, football, town (Depends on what you do.. or you can have the afternoon off) for me - ballet
Tuesdays and Thursdays - sport (for me - basketball summer and netball winter) tuesday though i have more dancing
Wednesday - yr 11-8 Cadets, yr 12 off!!
Friday - basketball (game, if you play), diving, or town - or dancing

5:30 - dinner

Here, we kind of stay outside, chat to people, muck around kind of thing

winter - 6:15, summer 6:45 - house meeting

7pm - prep (homework time)

8-830pm - prep break

Juniors have no more prep

830-930 second prep

930 - 10, showers, lights out, bed!!

Very regulated!!

They are more harsh on the yr 12 boys, because there have been many instances of them breaking rules, where as with the yr 12 girls there havent, so our house mistress still trusts us!!

Regulated would be an understatement. Thanks for that insight can't think of any more questions are the moment. :)

What are results like though? With all that regulation and cost to parents I would assume they have to be good?

Way to delete an on topic post, mods.

Boarding sounds pretty fun though, I must say. Even if it is heavily regulated.

Blargh I'm tired. Stupid little brother gave me a cold. :(
Now I have to say a speech tomorrow with a sore throat... Presuming I finish writing it. I'll be sure to return the favour when he's in year 12... hehehe
