In the trials I had less than 5 lines on my final text :( ... for the HSC i'm going to talk about

- At Morninging
- Sky High
- Relates texts
- In the Park

that way if I run out of time at least I've done one prescribed poem in detail already

Yes. "Unlikely."

Yes, though "Very unlikely."

"A dialog box (WTF??! - Robbo) that searches on whatever you give it."
Very technical.

- Can a router act as a gateway (between different protocols)?
Yep.

- Do I need to know the details of specific protocols (eg. X.25)?
Just Token Ring and Ethernet (IEEE 802.3)

- Storyboards: Do I need a help screen?
Good if you can include it.

well, the first time I rang for ancient, the guy wasn't very helpful. He kind of just read through the text book with me. He was really nice though, so I feel bad saying somehting bad about him. The english lady was really helpful though.

Yep.
Router is Network layer device router can convert between, network layer protocols such as IP IPX RIP etc.... as well as between different type of data frames...AND as well as different type of physical medium...

Gateway however can also change between application level protocols. Basically gateway unpacks a frame and packets completely then read the data convert it to different protocol (app level) the repackage it.
