Do anyone know of the 2009 HSC date? i.e. do you know when HSC 2009 starts?

They only announce it on the first day of Term 2.

The DET says Term 4 starts Monday, 19th of October.

English Paper 1 will be on Friday, 23rd October, 2009, then.

Ah, okay. I was not considering this year...because HSC usually starts with business studies..

English Paper 1 is always on the Friday. The CCAFL LOTE subjects, and this year, Business Studies, are often held on the days leading up to English.

Ah, okay. I was not considering this year...because HSC usually starts with business studies..

Paper 1 – Area of Study is on the second day, has been for the past few years now. Paper 2 - Modules the following Monday.

The first exam is not always business studies as the exams time change each year depending on students and the subject combinations they are doing so that is one thing you will not be able to predict.

This year, it started on the 16th of Oct, and finished on 13th Nov. It almost always finishes at about the same time the School Certificate tests finish.

Well, I wish my timetable was like:

english paper 1

2-3 days later (Which is very likely considering that there is usually a weekend between the two)

english paper 2

3-4 days later

maths 4 unit

2-3 days later

maths 3 unit

3-4 days later

biology

3-4 days later (more the better)

business studies

5+ days later

sor i (hopefully on the last day of hsc, but it's very unlikely...)

My preferred timetable:

Wk 1 Friday - English 1
Wk 2 Monday - English 2
Wk 3 Monday - Maths Ext 2
Wk 3 Wednesday - Physics
Wk 4 Monday - Maths Ext 1
Last day of HSC - Legal Studies (so I can finish on a high note )
