Ive lost my BoS student PIN so i cannot register to get my marks via sms, or get them on the day via internet or telephone.

Does anybody know how i get them to re-send me my PIN? ive searched for information about it on their site and i cant find anything.

oh for fucks sake, you have to have previously logged on to student online to retreive your PIN that way...
So now what? do i call them or send a letter or what?

Maybe email them?

And yeah you had to have put your "secret question" in by logging in before.

Thank goodness I logged in when we first got it and changed my PIN to something I'd remember. *relief*

Simple.. just give BOS a call on monday. I'm sure they'll fix your problem by just giving you a new PIN.

Is there any costs associated with receiving your results through SMS or is it the same cost as a standard SMS (i.e 25cents)?
