i heard that all the syllabus for every subjects are changing in 2011 (1 Viewer)

my math teacher told me in 2012, exam structure and all the topics or syllabus are changing and they are putting multiple choices in hsc exam also less topics .,,
is it true ? definite? and are they doing this to every subjects? or just math
and if it is true how different? because i want to prepare for yr 12 now but topics are now would be different to wat we will be doing later so would that be pointless?

I've don't know where this rumour keeps coming from, but as far as I know, it's not true.

There may be some changes (School Certificate, possible multiple choice), but the whole system won't be changing.

No changes for math syllabus. Just the implementation of Multiple choices in the exams.

For next year certain subjects have different syllabus structures which will be first examined in 2012. But most of the content is the same. They are introducing objective responses for Maths too.

If it says 2012 a beyond then the new syllabus it will be examinable for your next year.

I think it's 10 or 15.

They don't usually put the new syllabus up until November or December. That's what they did with SDD.
