Without more information it will be hard to help. Many people stick by the PEEL method of exam construction.

Point: What your trying to say
Elaborate: Expand upon what your trying to say
Example: Provide proof or evidence to supper your claim
Link: Tie the previous points to the essay question

Use this for each paragaph. Then all you need is an introduction and a conclusion.

Introdution - Introduce texts, thesis and link to the question....i.e. Take a side (if it's an arguement or whatever..)

Body - Do what Absolutezero suggested:

Conclusion - doesn't have to be a masterpiece. Just summarise what you said in the body briefly and link the question again for the final time.

And wahlah...you have an essay. :)

what exactly are you having trouble with?

it'd be easier to answer your question if you posted some specifics.

In terms of structure, for each paragrapgh you should have
the idea
the example/quote
THe technique

To be a bit more complex you can layer your paragraghs so that instead of just using one text for each paragragh, each paragragh is linked by the commonality of the idea and not the text.
