Although Justin didn't have any ideas at this point, he still managed to finish his work fairly early, leaving him more than a month to edit and a couple of weeks to work on his Reflection Statement. It's all about how regularly you work on it.

EDIT: Justin is impressed by the amount of work that Evan has already put in.

Lynn is equally impressed. However, she has no idea where this "Shire" is... :S Does Evan care to elaborate? When Lynn thinks of "shire", she starts thinking about hobbits...

Evan has also covered all the requisite work for EE1 which is pretty damn good since neither of his extension classes have started yet and won't till another 2 weeks
Edit: Evan is located in the Suth. Shire

Marcus is back. He has been trying to record his melodies for the Ancient Greek poems. He tried doing some intro's with melody and parallel drones on the recorder, but Matthew says it sounds Irish. :(

Lynn wishes she could hear, as she is very familiar with irish music...

Lynn is hit by a sudden flood of homesickness. :(

Justin likes being home, and has no urge to travel overseas at this point in time.

Hi Evan. A Gadulka is a thirteen stringed fiddle from Bulgaria, which is a little larger than a violin. It is shaped like a pear, and bowed upright from a waist belt or on the knee. Three main strings are bowed, and the other ten act as resonators; giving the instrument this kind of harmonic echo, depending on how these strings are pitched. The Gadulka probably developed in the Byzantine era, when the Greeks discovered Asian fiddles and mixed them with the morphology of the old Lyre - creating some of the first European fiddles. A similar fiddle is found in Crete, and is called the Lyra.

The nincompoop with the helmet that had a thing for Gabrielle sometimes employed one to bad effect.
Edit: Evan asks if Katie is feeling better?

Katie would like to inform everyone that she is in fact free on thursday, so a picnic would be much much fun, if the weather clears up... as Katie isnt much of an organiser she thinks everything should just be the same as the last picnic they had which she was unable to attend? Or someone else can help her organise.....

Lynn thinks this is a pretty good idea, and that Katie should contact Susan as she is very level-headed about this sort of thing. If it's still in the botanical gardens, Lynn should also be able to find them rather easily... after a little while of getting lost :D:D:D

EDIT: Lynn remembers that Amber lives a few hours south of Evan, and Tim lives somewhere nearby... perhaps Evan is not so alone after all? :)
