Justin winces at Lynn's pain.

Justin's day was nothing special. He signed out of school today and spent the rest of the afternoon reading. He has read about 200 pages of Ice Station since last night, a vast majority of which was done today. He realised he was way too tired to read too much by the time he got five pages into the book.

Lynn notes that she too, has too often started a book with realisation that she is too tired.

Lynn is reminded that she too needs to sign out of school and hand in many books... AFTER she find her sign-out sheet, that is... *sheepish look* Lynn's room is still somewhat in a state of disarray, but she will have it clean by tonight as she has her 18th birthday part tommorrow! Lynn is looking forward to a nice home-cooked buffet meal with 4 friends, and much, much laughter.

Lynn does not particularly like pain either, but it is the down side to dance - there is the glamourous side, and the darn painful side that involves toughening up skin, building up muscle, and sweating it out in hot, non-air conditioned rooms. The rush of endorphins one gets from dancing is definately worth the pain of getting there, however.

People at Justin's school didn't get their sign out forms until the day they signed out (they had to get it from the office). Justin has just realised that he forgot to get his PIP today. Oh well. His brother can get it for him.

Justin is shocked that Lynn is having her party tomorrow and wonders if it is also her birthday. Justin is attending two 18th birthday parties tomorrow (one of whom actually has their birthday tomorrow) as well as his cousin's party (who also has her birthday tomorrow). In addition, the pups are getting vaccinated. Justin is going to be flat out.

Justin thinks its good that Lynn is only doing something small for her birthday. Justin did something similar for his own; an event that seems like a lot more than a month and a bit ago.

LOL! Lynn thinks that Justin will definately be flat out.

Lynn's birthday is not tommorrow, but next Wednesday. She realises that many people have their birthday parties on this weekend - so many of her invitees have already got parties they promised to go to - but it is the only opportunity to have all her friends in Sydney before they head off to Schoolies etc.

Lynn also prefers small parties - the host has no need to run around and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves, and it also brings risk of someone feeling left out to a very low possibility, particularly if all guests get along well together with themselves and with host.

Lynn starts eagerly thinking about what to put in partybags. It is slightly childish, but Lynn likes the novelty of it.

Justin likes Allens lollies like Snakes and Strawberries and Cream. Don't get crap like lollipops.

Susan greets everyone after wading through 22 pages of posts!!! Susan exclaims "Wow!"

Susan would prefer not to post her weight, as, while she knows it is silly to be concious, feels rather heavy at the moment and would rather not divulge. She does note however that her shoe size is a 3 and a half kids - yes, Susan knows she has very small feet. They are a size 6 ladies.

Susan notes with absolute amazement that Susan is also Malaysian-Chinese like Lynn. Susan now thinks that things are very freaky. Lynn is same height as Susan (although skinnier and more tanned) lives only a suburb away and is also Malaysian-Chinese. Susan is very curious and would like to meet Lynn now, at School Spec where Susan will be singing in choir and Lynn will be dancing.

Susan also extends congratulations to Lynn for her Dance Award. Susan has recieved the School Citizenship Award for the second year, and is rather pleased with herself.

Susan notes that Marcus is rather handsome, Justin (from what Susan remembers of his avatar) is good-looking, Alan is also handsome, Lynn is very pretty and Amber is beautiful.

Susan would like to congratulate everyone for SURVIVING THE HSC!!! Susan enquires as to whether everyone was happy with their final assessment marks?

Susan has to go and do something but will be back shortly. Susan feels great to be back with her friends in Important-Please Read.

Lynn would like to point out that avatar was taken 4 years ago at a time when Lynn was particularly tanned - she is definately not that tanned anymore!!! (as she has been indoors ALL YEAR) Lynn is also not particularly skinny and would like to state that for the record. Lynn is also eager to meet Susan at School Spec and hopes that one day all friends of Important - Please Read will be able to meet up with each other one day.

Lynn wonders whether Thomas would like to divulge stats, as he has been "hungover" for quite some time now.

As for final assessment marks - Lynn is blissfully ignorant of anything mark-related at the moment.

LOL. Lynn knows that and did not mean work-out buddy as in gym buddies - Lynn hates gyms. Lynn suggests that if Lynn does not work out when she says she will, Justin can chastise her, and vice versa if Justin so wishes.

Justin thinks that he and Lynn could do that, but that he would probably forget soon enough. Justin states that he does twenty minutes or so of walking at least once every two days, though he thinks he should probably do more than that.

Justin is doing more exercise than Lynn does!!!

However if Justin wants to build muscle (as Lynn has to) he should start doing light weight training such as push-ups etc, and things like situps.

A combination of weight training and cardio is fabbo

Justin thinks that's a good idea, and will probably start when he gets around to it.

Marcus was interested to read about Lynn's dance class today. He agrees that the endorphine rush one gets from that form of physical training really makes the initial pain worthwhile. The long-term benefits also outweight the immediate pain! Marcus also wonders how Justin is finding Ice Station. Marcus heard rumours that it was a high octane action book; and he wonders if these rumours are true. Marcus is also glad to welcome Susan back to Important: Please Read. Marcus hopes that she has had a good week.
