what the heck.. i think anyone can just show up. the invitation is written on a two sided peice of cardboard. Obviously bulkprinted. but aside from that.. who would get up at 7-8ish to eat a breakfast cooked by uni students.

Nah they are not cooked by students, they are prepared by professional hospitality ppl working exclusively for the uni. You will be amazed Of course they are not as good as 5 star hotel stuff, so don't expect too much.

Nah I turned up 2 years ago and was well fed at that occasion. So no need to go again unless they gave me a call at 1am tonight asking me to advertise usyd science for them

Umm I do have a few left on my shelf (sold the others a long time ago), but currently they are under the label of "NOT FOR SALE" because my future children and I may need them What courses are you planning to do? The faculty of science has got a 2nd hand bookshop on Carlaw level 4. So does the uni SRC on Wentworth level 5. The Science one has got better deals because it does not charge admin fees while the SRC charges quite a lot. You may also wanna look at www.textbookexchange.com.au. There are good deals there that beat both shops.

lol i kept walking but then when i got further down they were harrassing these international asian students who couldnt speak english (poor things)

Heheh my dad ended up with three bags cause he 'liked them'.

Pretty nice looking place though, and the atmosphere was better than at UNSW - so yeah, USyd for me next year!

Hey all, hope you enjoyed yourself, i did, well, for a 12 hour work day, it was ok. So one of the girls i was working with is friends with Laz.... how weird is that! and thanks Kimmeh for coming to say hi! i felt most loved!
