I'm not sure what you're refering to, but is The Sunne Rising one of the focus text in that particular elective? So if you did that elective, you would have an idea on what the text is about?

BTW, I like the quote in your sig!

i'm doing changing perspectives
the stimulus texts i am doing are 'the door', 'fractals' and 'stuarts dreaming'
i think they each cover a wide variety of change so i can pick which two best suits the question when i get in there...
i think i will do 2 stimulus texts even though it states to do one
i've always done it this way

introduction - set text - stimulus 1 - set text - stimulus 2 - set text - related material 1 - set text - related material 2 - set text - related material 3 - set text - conclusion

that usually take me bout 45-50 mins

so i just cut down the time i spend on sec 2
fingers crosses it all works out

They most definitely CAN specify a Stimulus book text to use, thought it's doubtful that they would. They have done it before in Module B, Speeches (you learn 13, question said refer to 3 speeches including Abe Lincoln) and Gwen Harwood too by the sounds of it. Just be wary of all the Stimulus texts so you aren't too thrown.

im using 2 from the BOS stimulus

first english trial where i used one i got 15/15
but i think my teacher was being nice
so im using 2 - burnt offerings & sky high. im prepared to use the door too, in case they specify. im doing changing self, and i dont see how they could ask us to use fractals, sturts dreaming or the pictures for changing self.

remember kids, what gets you lotsa marks is the ability to relate the notions of change in these texts to your core study, and to one another. the more common themes, juxtapositions, etc you can draw the better

Ohh.. so it's even better to link together your supplementary material to each other?
