still never surfed the island, ive only seen it break once and it was on a north swell so the left was working better
should try surfing in newy harbour, the wave breaks over concrete boulders, tank traps and car wrecks, about 20 feet in front of a breakwall. heaviest wave ive surfed round here. check it out

that shot is heavy is that around newy? whatever newy does have som of the best waves in australia and everytime ive seen it, its been good. bermi (my local) is consistent but doesnt really get super good. thats why i like going other places. you ever surfed overseas?
