Personally, I have found that I struggle with early morning workout, so I stick to night time --> 7pm at the moment.

I do resistance training, and am currently bulking. I started last year, and bulked throughout the year (gain of 20kgs) - maintained my weight for the first few months this year - and I am now bulking again.OZGIRL86 said:thats ok
