too drunk.
Too drunk!?!? You shouln't be drinking alcohol!

hyper- whats resistance training?..i would also like to gain weight and muscle, what's the best way?
Training with a resistance, i.e. with weights (dumbbells, barbells, cables etc)

The best way to gain size is with resistance training, especially high volume.
However, there are many other elements to gaining size, including diet and rest. Do some research and reading, especially on nutrition!

I do resistance training, and am currently bulking. I started last year, and bulked throughout the year (gain of 20kgs) - maintained my weight for the first few months this year - and I am now bulking again.
I went from 58 - 78kgs last year, and plan on going from 78 to 90 by November (hopefully :)).

By the way, what are your actual goals? If you are trying to lose weight (fat), I recommend doing resistance training as well as your cardio.
Thats good:)

I don't really have any goals. I just do it so I burn off what I eat through the day,and it makes me feel healthier.
