yeah it's legit. a product that attaches to tiny bits of hair and fills them out. So if that guy had zero hair on his head, it wouldn't work, and you can see bits where it didn't fill in. But as long as you have some bits of hair, no matter how fair, you can use it.

I haven't seen that particular brand around Aus, but several others.
