they found early on during the modernisation period that sheep couldnt be kept as livestock because they were susceptible to footrot..
haha....

thye didnt bark, and they wouldnt eat dog food..

One couple said they became suspicious when they took their "dog" to have its claws trimmed and were told it had hooves.

That is what I found the funniest. I love the fact that this cause them to become "suspicious" and not just plane realise they had been swindeled.
