If you go through Uni and get all Distinctions and HD's. WHat happens?

You get to graduate with honours if your degree and what not gives you the ability to.... might even get a university medal on graduation for your degree if you're number 1

You'll be able to add "Distinction/HD average" in your CV.

You could graduate with distinction if you achieve an average of distinctions or above (this doesn't apply to all programs)

Without Wings is referring to "Pass with Distinction"

"that formal recognition on the testamur be given of excellence in overall academic performance in undergraduate pass degree programs where an award with Honours is not available;

that the award of Pass with Distinction be available when a Distinction level of performance based on a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 75% has been achieved in all courses completed since enrolment at UNSW which are credited to the relevant award; "
