wasn't the kyoto protocal to initiate carbon credit trading to reduce CO2 emmissions?

i would have to say that he clever...but socially narrow minded...narrow vision for the future of Australia...

With that I agree. And besides, he looks out for himself and his own kind (wealthy Sydney siders) at the obvious expense of others. (Then again that's a typical politician for you.
