I got an offer to do bbusiness/BscIT at UTS but I probably won't accept it. I can't believe the late round cut off for media comm @ UNSW is like 94.20 or something with no vacancies! I didn't think that would happen!

so how does one get in a course where they have a UAI of 12 points below the cut-off??

No. And also, it said the late round cutoff was 95.30 but I got 93.50 and still got in.. lol.

Thats cause he got in during the Main round, when the uai's were lower. In the late round uai's increase greatly.

My Main Round choices were created by flipping to the USYD section of the UAC book, and applying for the first 9 preferences.
This resulted in a bunch of offers in Agriculture and Horticulture.

I got into B. Arts USYD in Late Round.
