What beer was that? The only beer that I can think of that still uses screw tops is my neighbours home brew.

I believe Macquarie held or holds some drinking record (possibly to do with tequila), according to the student diary.

there's this group of people who lock themselves in a room with a bag of goon and bucket each and they don't leave until they've had all of it

uws doesnt have any law social events..although there is a law student's society

There were some minor issues with law drinks... something about certain firms not really wanting us to be drinking their sponsorship funds.

Should hopefully be resolved soon.

In any event - every day after class the nicest of the nice USyd lawyering folk from law school pop next door to the NSW Leagues Club for a couple of schooners of new and a little bit of slap and tickle. I am sure you would all be welcome.

things are looking up though, our new lawsoc president promised to have more law drinks etc
