yeah at least for that u can do ur first paragraph on traditional courts (ie general deterence through sentencing, etc) then expand to circle sentencing and alternatives for children which can greater reduce recidivism etc

3 mostly, its only if i wanted to cover more topics, i had the cautions js in case it gets asked as alternative. i made a dumb decision to memorise every essay for legal tho theres way too much

yeah definetly, thats a good idea i kind of did the same thing except i added the new bail laws for young offenders incase they wanna be woke lmao

im cooked bruh for cim inv all i have is bail or remand and the preventative detention and police powers r pretty weak and old
