I tried google, I must have been typing in the wrong terms.

Can anyone point me to some legislation outlining the legal definition of "consent"?

no but but all i know is that consent: it is a complete defence for some crimes if the acused can show the victim freely consented to the act in question.

Why can i not see any other posts by anyone else except for yours and some others that were made yesterday, also where are the resources i cant find any and i really really need them like noww.

Hi,
I am assuming that you are talking about consent as a defence, so as far as consent goes it is when the defendant can prove that they acted with consent from the victim. It is listed as a complete defence, and may be used in sexual assault cases but is not a defence for murder. Just be aware that in some cases consent will not acquit the defendant, it may only reduce liability. There is a bit on consent at this website: http://www.justd.com/notes2.htm
